The Febco LF825Y-QT-FS is the Lead Free* Y-pattern reduced pressure zone assembly (RPZ). It delivers the same high-hazard cross-connection protection as the 825Y but is built from lead-free cast copper silicon alloy to comply with state and local lead-free installation codes for potable water. This is the 3/4 in. FPT model.

Use where lead-free is required (potable / domestic supply). For irrigation-only or non-potable lines, the standard 825Y is a lower-cost option.
Sensor note: Includes a factory-installed flood sensor (SentryPlus Alert®) mounted on the relief valve to detect excessive discharge. The sensor is passive on its own — it requires an add-on connection kit (BMS, cellular, or Wi-Fi, sold separately) to actually transmit alerts.
