What Is The Toro RXC Series?

The Toro RXC Series Controller is a modular irrigation controller for residential and light commercial irrigation systems. According to Toro’s RXC product information, the controller starts with 6 stations and can expand up to 22 stations with 4-station expansion modules. It also supports optional Wi-Fi control, flow monitoring, seasonal adjustments, grow-in functionality, and a 5-year warranty.

RXC6: The 6-Station Base Controller

The Toro RXC6 6-Station Base Indoor/Outdoor Controller is the foundation of the RXC platform. It includes a weather-resistant indoor/outdoor cabinet, intuitive dial programming, backlit display, and 24 VAC output for standard irrigation valves.

RXC4-MOD: Expand By Four Stations

The Toro RXC4-MOD 4-Station Expansion Module adds four stations to compatible RXC controllers. Because RXC systems can expand up to 22 stations, the RXC4-MOD is the key accessory for larger residential landscapes or phased irrigation installs.

This module pairs with the RXC6 and RXC6-WIFI base controllers and is a smart add-on to keep on hand when an installation may need more zones in the future.
