Common questions

Does this case include spray nozzles? No. These are RD12-S-P45-F-NP bodies only. A nozzle is not installed and is not in the carton. The body accepts Rain Bird plastic spray and rotary nozzles sold separately.

What pop-up height is this body? This RD1800 body has a 12 in. pop-up. The canister is 16 in. (40.6 cm) tall.

Does the body have a Seal-A-Matic check valve? Yes. SAM holds water in the lateral through about 14 ft of elevation change so the lowest head does not drain the pipe after the valve closes.

Is this the non-potable 45 psi body? Yes. The stem regulates to about 45 psi, and the cover is the non-potable version with purple DO NOT DRINK / NO BEBA markings.
