The Febco 765-QT-FZ is an all-bronze pressure vacuum breaker (PVB) that protects against backsiphonage of toxic or non-toxic liquids — the standard choice for lawn-sprinkler and irrigation systems, as well as cooling towers, laundries, and pools. This is the 3/4 in. FPT model.
- All-bronze body; one check valve and air-inlet (vacuum breaker) in one assembly
- Engineered plastic bonnet to help protect against freeze damage
- Quarter-turn ball-valve shutoffs and test cocks
- Rated 150 psi, 32°F–140°F
- USC FCCCHR approved
- 3/4 in. FPT (NPT) end connections
- Install at least 12 in. above the highest downstream outlet; not for backpressure
Sensor note: Includes a factory-installed freeze sensor (SentryPlus Alert®) that signals when the temperature nears freezing. The sensor is passive on its own — it requires an add-on connection kit (BMS, cellular, or Wi-Fi, sold separately) to actually transmit alerts.
