Why FX Luminaire

The pro-grade lighting platform, minus the counter visit

  • Hunter Industries engineering — FX is Hunter's landscape lighting division, sharing its distribution and support network.
  • Luxor ecosystem — ZD and ZDC fixtures give per-fixture zoning, dimming, and RGBW color from one controller.
  • Finish-matched families — the same fixture in Bronze Metallic, Flat Black, Desert Granite, Weathered Iron, and more.
  • Serviceable for life — replacement boards, lamps, shrouds, and stakes stocked alongside the fixtures.

FX Luminaire FAQs

Are these genuine FX Luminaire fixtures?

Yes — every FX Luminaire product we sell is brand new, factory-sealed FX product. FX Luminaire is the landscape lighting brand of Hunter Industries, and fixture SKUs match the official FX catalog (including finish codes and lamp options).

What do FX finish codes like BZ, FB, and DG mean?

FX appends a finish code to each fixture SKU: BZ = Bronze Metallic, FB = Flat Black, DG = Desert Granite, WI = Weathered Iron, AB = Antique Bronze, CU = Copper, and more. The same fixture family is usually offered in several finishes — check the SKU suffix to confirm the finish you are ordering.

What does "No Lamp" (NL) mean on FX up lights?

Many FX housings (MU, RS, NL series listings) ship without the LED lamp so you can pick output and beam spread. Add a G4 or MR-16 LED lamp to complete the fixture, or choose an integrated ZD / ZDC version with the LED board built in.

Which FX fixtures work with Luxor controllers?

FX fixtures with ZD (zoning + dimming) or ZDC (zoning, dimming + color) technology pair natively with Luxor transformers/controllers for per-fixture zoning, dimming, and RGBW color. Standard fixtures still work on Luxor — they just switch with the circuit instead of individually.

How fast do FX Luminaire orders ship?

Free US shipping with no order minimum. In-stock fixtures show an estimated delivery window right on the product page; items we special-order from FX show their lead time in the stock status instead.
