- Shipping: Once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- RMA Warehouse: Returns must be sent to the RMA Warehouse. Email for the address.
- Approval: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if you have not received the refund after 15 business days.
